Our app is one of the ways that we do things differently; it has been designed to help you even further with your buying experience. Using the app, you can search quickly for any of our properties, both for sale and to let and use the interactive map to direct you straight to the front door. With a direct link to our website you can also view the full particulars at the touch of a button.
a) when you open the Tingdene app, the map will be centred on your current location (or the most recent calculated location where your current location cannot be determined).
b) location pins show where our houses are located: blue pins are properties for sale and green pins are rental properties.
c) when you select a location pin, a window appears showing some basic property information. 1) click on the Tingdene pin to see the details of the property on our website. 2) click on the information button to show directions to the property from your current location.
